HAM & CHEESE BRUNCH SANDWICH 
16 slices sandwich bread
8 slices cheddar cheese
8 slices ham
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms (optional)
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Put 8 slices buttered bread on bottom of well greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top each slice with cheese and ham. Put other 8 slices of bread on top-buttered side up. Mix eggs, milk and mustard. Pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. Place mushrooms on top, then sprinkle corn flakes mixed with melted butter on top of all. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
