ROB'S SPECIAL CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Onion and garlic salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli-cauliflower
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 lb. medium cheddar cheese
Butter (for frying)

Skin, debone chicken; cut into 1-inch chunks. Fry chicken in butter; season to taste with onion and garlic salts. Cook vegetables; drain water. Combine soups and sour cream in a bowl. Grate cheese.

In a large casserole dish, layer vegetables, then chicken, then soup and sour cream mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Plan on everyone wanting seconds. This is great.
