SWEET MUSTARD LAMB 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 lamb leg sirloin chops, cut 1" thick
Fresh chives, optional

Combine butter, honey, mustard, rosemary and pepper. Trim excess fat from chops. Place lamb chops on rack in shallow baking pan. Brush with honey mixture.

Roast in 325 degree oven until done (about 35-40 minutes for medium doneness). Before serving, brush each chop with honey mixture again and top each chop with chives, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
