P-TANGY LAMB CHOPS 
Tangy lamb chops
8 loin lamb chops, 1 inch thick
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (1/2 c.)
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
Dash of dried marjoram, crushed

Broil chops 11 to 13 minutes. Meanwhile, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in remaining ingredients, dash of salt and dash of pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until sauce is heated through. Serve sauce with chops, making 4 servings.
