VINAIGRETTE | |
1 clove garlic 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 2 tbsp. best quality olive oil Juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar 4 tbsp. vegetable oil Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a jar and shake well. prepare in advance to promote an exchange of flavors. Remove garlic before using. NOTE: I always crush the garlic and I usually double the recipe because this keeps indefinitely in the refrigerator. |
