SOUR CREAM DIP 
1 lg. Sheepherder's Bread (unsliced)
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. can diced green chilis
1 sm. jar dried beef, pastrami or 2 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced meat, chopped

Cut off top (lid) of bread, scoop out inside but leave 1 1/4 inches on all sides. Mix sour cream and softened cream cheese together well, add green chiles, chopped beef, fold shredded cheese into mixture. Place mixture into bread shell, put lid on. Wrap bread in foil and heat in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve warm.
