SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, minced
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil

In bowl mix cranberry sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion. In another bowl mix beef, salt and egg; shape mixture into 40 (1 inch) balls. Heat oil in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Drain excess fat.

Pour sauce evenly over meatballs; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes. This dish can be made in advance and reheated in skillet or in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
