SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 c. squash
1 med. onion
1/4 c. sugar
Ritz crackers
Cheese (Kraft single slice)
Butter

Cut squash into sections and boil until tender. Drain. Mix 1/4 cup sugar in squash. Then in casserole dish put layer of Ritz crackers, layer of squash, layer of onions, layer of cheese. Keep layering crackers, squash, onions and cheese to the top of casserole dish. Crumb crackers on top. Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter and pour on top. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
