VELVEETA CHEESE FUDGE 
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 lb. powdered sugar
2 c. nuts (optional)

Melt Velveeta and butter; add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Pour into buttered pan and let cool. Cut into small squares. (If you like this firmer, add more sugar to your taste, or until it is as firm as you like. It never gets hard.)
