VELVEETA FUDGE 
1 c. butter
8 oz. Velveeta, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
32 oz. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Combine confectioners' sugar and cocoa in a bowl. Melt butter and cheese over low heat, stirring constantly, mix in vanilla. Pour cheese mixture over sugar and cocoa mixture, mix quickly until smooth. Spread into a buttered 9x13 inch pan. Pat nuts on top. Let stand until set. Cut in squares. Store in refrigerator.
