VELVEETA FUDGE 
1 lb. Velveeta
1 lb. butter
2 (2 lb.) bags of powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Sift powdered sugar into a large bowl. Add cocoa and nuts. Set aside. Melt slowly Velveeta and butter, stirring until smooth. Add vanilla. Pour into the dry mixture. Stir until well mixed. Pour into 2 cookie sheets. Level. Chill in the refrigerator. Cut into small 1 inch squares. Freezes well. Makes a LARGE 5 pound batch.
