EASY VELVEETA FUDGE 
1 c. butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa

Melt butter and cheese over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Take off heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour into blended sugar and cocoa. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Press in nuts (1/2 cup). Let stand until firm.
