VELVEETA FUDGE 
1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 lbs. 10X sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and cheese over low heat. Remove from heat, add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered dish, allow to cool. For variation, sift 1 cup cocoa with sugar for chocolate fudge.
