GREEN BEANS WITH BLUE CHEESE 
1/2 c. water
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
2 tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, divided
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine water and salt in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil, and add beans. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until beans are crisp tender. Drain. Toss beans with 1 tablespoon butter, Blue cheese, and pepper. Spoon into a lightly greased 1 quart casserole and set aside. Melt reserved 1/2 tablespoon butter in a small skillet. Add bread crumbs and toast, stirring often, until brown. Sprinkle bread crumbs over beans. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
