SWISS CHEESE GREEN BEANS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 (16 oz.) cans French style green beans, drained
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Melt 1 tablespoon butter and blend in flour and pepper. Cook and stir until bubbly. Blend in milk. Remove from heat and stir in onion and sour cream. Combine with beans and Swiss cheese; turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine cornflake crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of beans. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
