SWISS GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 lg. cans French style green beans, drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt & pepper
6 to 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Corn Flakes for topping

Brown Corn Flakes in butter and set aside. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour, salt and pepper and mix until pasty. Gradually add sour cream. Fold in green beans and heat. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Pour into greased casserole. Top with Corn Flake crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. May make a day ahead.
