CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 lemon
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Grind cranberries and lemon, except seeds. Add sugar and crushed pineapple. Mix well and put into sterile jars and cover. Store in refrigerator. Relish will stay good for several weeks. Recipe makes about 2 pints.
