CRANBERRY RELISH | |
2 lg. oranges 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries (3 c.) 1 c. dark seedless raisins 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 hours before serving or day ahead, cut each unpeeled orange into eight pieces (discard seeds), cut pears and pineapple into 1/2 pieces. In food processor with knife blade attached, blend oranges and cranberries until coarsely chopped. Pour into large bowl. Stir in raisins, sugar, pineapple and pear pieces. Cover relish and refrigerate. 55 calories per 1/4 cup. |
