CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1 c. whole cranberry sauce, canned
1/2 c. unpeeled apples, chopped
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pears
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Combine boiling water and Jello. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a 4 cup mold or 8 inch square dish. Chill until firm.
