CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. apples, diced and peeled
1 c. grape halves
1 c. orange sections
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Chantilly dressing (see below)

Wash cranberries and chop coarsely. Add sugar and let drain overnight in refrigerator. Combine cranberries, apples, grapes, orange and nuts. Toss lightly. Top with a ribbon of Chantilly dressing.

CHANTILLY DRESSING:

4 tbsp. whipped cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. powdered sugar

Mix thoroughly.
