CLARISSA BALLROOMS' CRANBERRY
WALDORF SALAD
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) carton frozen raspberries
1/2 c. orange juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
2 c. thinly sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. peeled & diced apples

In a bowl dissolve gelatin in the boiling water, then add frozen raspberries and orange juice; mix until raspberries are thawed. Place in refrigerator. When partially set, fold in cranberry sauce, celery, walnuts and apples. When salad is completely set, place in serving bowl and return to refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes 8 to 10 servings.

For a more festive occasion, put salad into a mold and unmold on lettuce leaves when ready to serve.
