CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries (1/2 lb.)
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. green seedless grapes
1/2 c. chuck pineapple, split
1/2 c. broken walnuts or pecans, toasted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cream, whipped

Grind cranberries and combine with marshmallows and sugar. Cover and chill overnight. Add apples, grapes, pineapple, nuts, and salt. Fold in whipped cream. Chill. Serve in a large bowl or lettuce cups and garnish with green grapes.
