CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. cranberries, ground
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. diced tart apples
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine ground cranberries with marshmallows and sugar; let stand in refrigerator overnight. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Leftovers freeze and slice well.
