CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries (1/2 lb.)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. seedless green grapes
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. diced, unpared apples
1/2 c. broken walnuts
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Grind cranberries and combine with marshmallows and sugar. Cover and chill overnight. Add apples, grapes, walnuts, and slat. Fold in whipped cream. Chill. Serve in large bowl or individual lettuce cups. Garnish with cluster of green grapes and fresh cranberries, if desired. Yields 8-10 servings.
