CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped unpared apple
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Heat 1 cup cranberry juice just to boiling. Dissolve gelatin in hot juice. Add remaining juice and salt. Chill until partially set. Then stir in celery, apples and nuts. Pour into one quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold and serve with mayonnaise.
