TART CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. hot, boiled cranberry juice or cocktail
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chilled cranberry juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. diced unpared apples

Combine in medium bowl the gelatin, hot juice and salt. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add chilled juice. Stir until blended. Chill until gelatin is slightly thickened. Add celery, walnuts and apples. Mix well. Chill until set. Serve in lettuce lined dishes. NOTE: If you like a sweeter salad add 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar to the dry gelatin.
