FESTIVE ORANGE CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 med. oranges, unpeeled
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Wash and pick over cranberries; put through food grinder or process with steel blade in a food processor along with oranges that have been cut into wedges and seeded. Stir in sugar and nuts. Chill. Yield: 1 pint.
