CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
#2 can (2 1/2 c.) crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
2 sm. boxes cherry Jello
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. grated raw cranberries
1 sm. orange, ground (1/2 c.)
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water; add cold water, lemon juice, and pineapple syrup. Chill until partially set. Add crushed pineapple, cranberries, oranges, celery, and walnuts. Turn into 2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Makes 12 servings.
