CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and cut in chunks
2 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 (14 oz.) cranberry-orange relish
1 (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped almonds

Sprinkle gelatin over water, let stand until moistened. Place over low heat; stir until dissolved. Blend cheese and topping; fold in relish, pineapple, almonds, then fold in gelatin. Serves 8-10.
