RICE PILAF 
2 c. brown rice
1 lg. onion, minced
3 to 3 1/2 c. stock (chicken or vegetable)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown rice and onion in butter. Put in baking dish and cover with stock. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
