POPPY SEED LOAF 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. poppy seed
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding

Mix all ingredients for 4 minutes. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 45 minutes for 9 x 5 x 3 pans. Bake 35 minutes for 7 x 3 x 2 inch pans.

Serve warm or cold. Freezes well. Use as bread with cream cheese or vanilla glaze.
