THE RHODES SPECIAL 
1/2 of an onion, chopped
1 pinch sage
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. allspice
2 pinches rosemary
1 pinch parsley
1/2 lb. beef, cut into bite-sized strips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 handfuls green beans (fresh or frozen)
2 chopped up sm. potatoes
Oil (just enough to cover the bottom of a medium sized skillet)

Cook for about 1 hour. Also as you start, cook the green beans and potatoes and onion first for about 1/2 hour. Then throw the beef in for 1 1/2 hour. Keep stirring.
