WHIPPED POUND CAKE 
2 sticks whipped butter (Blue Bonnet)
1 c. Crisco
2 3/4 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
1 c. milk

Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, one at a time. Add milk and flour alternately. 1 1/2 cups ground nuts may be added to this mixture. If added cut the Crisco to 1/2 cup. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if done.
