ITALIAN SEAFOOD GRATIN 
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sliced green onions
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 oz. pkg. white sauce mix
1 c. milk
12 oz. imitation crabmeat, thawed
1 c. grated Parmesan
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease 4 individual oven proof dishes. Melt butter in large skillet over high heat. Add mushrooms, green onions and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally 2 to 3 minutes, until softened. Reduce heat to medium, stir in dry sauce mix, add milk and stir until boiling. Add crabmeat and cook 1 to 2 minutes; stir in 3/4 cup Parmesan and pepper until blended. Spoon into serving dishes and boil until top is golden brown.
