ITALIAN CASSATA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/3 c. white cooking wine
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed

Brown beef with onion, green pepper and garlic. Drain grease. Stir in salt, tomato sauce, paste, white wine, oregano and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in bread crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Set aside. Brown spinach in butter. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs, cottage cheese, mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Mix well.

Roll out 1 loaf of bread dough and place in greased 13 x 9 inch pan covering bottom and sides of pan. Spoon beef mixture onto bread dough in pan. Top with spinach mixture. Roll out second loaf of bread dough and place on top of spinach mixture; pinch edges together to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
