SPINACH COTTAGE CHEESE PATTIES 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 sm. onion
1 1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing, ground fine
3 eggs
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce

Cook spinach and drain. Reserve 1/2 cup of stuffing crumbs. Combine all other ingredients including spinach and allow mixture to stand 5 minutes to soften crumbs. Form patties; roll in ground crumbs (reserved); fry until brown on both sides. Place in pan; cover with spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is hot and bubbly. Serve with garlic bread. Serves 10.
