ITALIAN CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
5 eggs, add 1 at a time beat well after each
1 c. sugar, add gradually
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Pour slowly into graham cracker crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

CRUST:

12 graham crackers
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Pat in 9 x 13 inch baking dish on bottom only.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend together until creamy. Put topping on cake while hot; let set and put back into oven for 5 more minutes. Remove; let cool to room temperature and then refrigerate.
