CRANBERRY CRISP | |
2 c. whole, fresh cranberries 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. walnuts 3/4 c. flour 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. butter (cold) vanilla ice cream Preheat oven to 350°F. Toss cranberries, sugar and walnuts in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Cover cranberries with flour/sugar mix. Bake 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Yields 6 servings. |
