APPLE CRANBERRY CRISP 
5 c. sliced, pared apples
1 c. fresh cranberries
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/3 c. butter, softened

Combine apples, cranberries, sugar and cinnamon. Place in 9 inch square or 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Toss topping ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle atop apples and cranberries. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until fruit is tender and top is crisp and golden brown. Makes 8 servings. Top each with ice cream or whipped topping. Yum!!
