APPLE CRANBERRY CRISP 
4 apples, cored and cut into chunks (do not peel)
1/2 can whole cranberry sauce
3/4 tbsp. water or fruit juice

STREUSEL:

2 c. rolled oats
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
Cinnamon to taste
Nuts to taste
3/4 c. butterr, melted

Place apple chunks in 1-quart casserole. Spoon whole cranberry sauce over. Drizzle with water or juice and top with streusel mix. To make streusel, combine dry ingredients and then cut in melted butter. Store in airtight container for quick use in fruit crisp and quick breads and coffee cake toppings.
