TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 lb. grated Long Horn cheese
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 bottle catalina dressing
Heat lettuce, chopped
Diced fresh tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 avocado peeled and sliced
1 bag taco chips, crushed

Brown hamburger and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Drain off grease.

Combine all ingredients in big bowl. Garnish with sliced avocado. Serve immediately or combine all ingredients except the lettuce and taco chips. For smaller portions cut back on amount of lettuce and chips.
