ROLLY POLLIES 
4 slices of bread
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. powdered sugar
4 tsp. butter

Cut crusts off slices of bread. Spread butter on the bread. Sprinkle cinnamon over the bread. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the bread. Roll each slice up lengthwise and pinch each end. Then toast them on a tray in the toaster oven. Serves 2.
