ROLLI POLLI 
1 flank steak
1 pkg. bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1-2 celery, chopped
1-2 carrots, chopped
Salt, pepper, curry powder, garlic powder to taste

SAUCE:

1 c. red wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut flank steak into pieces 1/4 x 2 x 4 inches. Lay each piece flat and place 4 inch long strip of bacon on top. From one end roll into ball and skewer with toothpick. Continue. One flank should make 15-20 pieces.
