MEXICAN APPLE PIE 
1 uncooked pie shell
5 apples (or enough to fill pie shell), Granny Smith
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
Brown paper bag

Fill the uncooked pie shell with the sliced apples. Mix 3/4 cup of the sugar with the nutmeg and pour over apples. Melt the butter and mix with the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and mix with the flour. Pour this over the apples. Place pie in a brown paper bag and bake at one hour for 375 degrees.
