QUICK MEXICAN BURGER PIZZA PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, finely chopped
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2-3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. pizza sauce

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and chopped onion in bowl, mixing well. Press into 8 inch pie plate. Spread pizza sauce over ground beef mixture. Top with chilies, olives and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is brown; drain. Garnish with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and hot sauce. Makes 4-6 servings.
