SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can red salmon
1 1/2 c. packaged poultry stuffing
1/4 c. minced celery
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten (or 1/2 c. Eggbeaters)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Combine ingredients; pack into greased 9x5x3 inch baking dish. Bake in moderate 325 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until center is firm. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes in dish. Turn out onto heated serving platter. Serve with cheese sauce, if desired.
