SAUERKRAUT DELIGHT 
1 lg. can Silverflour sauerkraut
Drippings from pork roast

Wring out juice from sauerkraut. Put in pot and flood with water. Boil for an hour or 2. Drain water. Add drippings from pork roast you've had in oven all the while. Simmer over low heat for another hour. Serve hot. Warmed over leftovers even better.
