SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 lb. pkg. cottage cheese
1/4 lb. grated white Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be made ahead and frozen unbaked.
