SPINACH SOUFFLE | |
3 beaten eggs 6 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chopped onion 2 c. cottage cheese 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 10 oz. chopped spinach, drained Beat eggs and flour until smooth. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour into well greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for a few minutes before serving. |
