SALISBURY STEAK 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 onion

Mix together and press into cookie sheet or shallow pan, about 1 inch thick. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into serving size pieces; roll in flour. Brown in skillet. Place in baking dish. Combine contents of 1 package of Durkee Swiss steak gravy mix with 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water; pour over browned meat and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
